Your Building Journey Starts Here

Premier Construction Tas builds and renovates homes across Northern Tasmania. Our goal is always to help you build for the way you want to live.

BRING YOUR new build VISION TO LIFE

Building or renovating a home can be exciting, but it can also be difficult to know where to start.

You might have photos saved on your phone. Pinterest boards. Ideas you've discussed over dinner. Things you love. Things you know don't work in your current home.

Most people know how they want their home to feel long before they know exactly what they want to build.

That's why we've created our Concept to Construction process.

Here, you can gather your ideas, explore what's important to you, and start turning inspiration into a project that can be brought to life.

Before the construction

Before plans and long before the permits, most projects start because of a feeling. You want more space for the family or a better place to entertain… Maybe it’s for a kitchen that finally works. Maybe home is just a house, and you’re ready to make it feel more like you.

The challenge is turning those thoughts into something tangible.

Our Process

Start with the things you are naturally drawn to.

Browse inspiration, upload saved images and think about the colours, textures, layouts and spaces that catch your attention.

You do not need to know the technical terms. Simply show us what you like, what you do not like and how you want the finished space to feel.

imagine

Once the ideas are there, we help you bring them together.

You will think about how you use your home, what is currently frustrating you, what needs to change and which parts of the project matter most.

This is where scattered ideas begin to become a clear project vision.

shape

With a better understanding of your goals, priorities and budget, we can begin discussing what is possible.

From planning and design through to construction, each decision can be made with the same vision in mind: creating something that works for the way you want to live.

Building should feel exciting

Over the years, we've noticed that many people come to us with hundreds of ideas but struggle to explain exactly what they're trying to achieve.

And that's completely normal. Building isn't something most people do every day.

The Concept to Construction process helps bridge that gap.

It gives you a way to organise your thoughts before sitting down with a builder, designer or architect.

It also helps us understand what's important to you, so conversations can focus on solutions rather than assumptions.

imagine your finished project

Before we ask about floor plans or finishes, we'd like you to think about something else. Imagine it's a year from now and your project is complete.

What does an average Saturday morning look like?

Who is there?

How are you using the space?

What frustrations have disappeared?

What are you most proud of?

Because the answers to those questions often tell us far more than dimensions and materials ever could. Once you've completed your Concept to Construction journey, we'll have a much clearer understanding of your goals, your inspiration and your priorities.

From there, we can start exploring what's possible and what the next steps might look like.

Your home starts with a conversation

Whether you are ready to build, planning a renovation, or still working out what is possible, we would love to hear what you are thinking about.

Tell us about your project, your ideas and what you want your home to become.
